The fourth day of Serbia Fashion Week started with Barbara Locatelli’s seminar on the theme „Fashion after the digital (r)evolution“. During the rest of the day, the large audience enjoyed in various creations of local, regional and international designers such as Suzana Perić, Alex Fashion, Penna Couture and Ivana Nikolić Stanković from Serbia, Aidar Khan from Kazakhstan, Amela Radan from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Milena Đurđić from Montenegro.

Barbara Locatelli is a fashion consultant and for 20 years one of the leading experts in this field. She has worked with big fashion names such as Roberto Cavalli, Alexander McQueen, Michael Kors, Christophe Lemaire, Roberto Capucci and many others. The main theme of the seminar was related to questions of how online commerce, digital marketing and blogging affect the sale of designer products. The Italian, who is very pleased with the organization of Serbia Fashion Week, said it is one of the best she had the opportunity to visit. „Two fashion shows and after that break is ideal schedule for me. It is also good that we, the guests, at any moment can talk to the designers, have lunch together, which also helps the designers to connect with journalists and PR managers „, said Barbara.

Fabulous dresses of designer Ivana Nikolić Stanković graced the fourth evening of Serbia Fashion Week. Ivana is also a painter, and her creations are filled with the printing of hand-painted pictures. Fabrics that she used are natural, so the color could stay on the material in the right way. Her collection has drawn a great attention of domestic and foreign media, and audience supported the fashion show with great applause.

At the fashion show that set aside with femininity and sex appeal, their designs presented sisters Nina and Nela Pena. Dresses, pants and overalls, in which every woman would feel special, are made of lace, silk and tulle, combined with crystals. The collection whose name is „Angels against the devil“ was complemented with the sounds of violin and drums. „Thanks to Serbia Fashion Week we had the opportunity to go to Hungary and France and gain different experiences, so we think it is very important to be part of this festival“ – pointed out sisters Pena.

One of the favorite participants of Serbia Fashion Week Amela Radan this time presented beautiful white dresses. Accompanied by songs Aleksandra Radović, the whole atmosphere did not leave the audience indifferent. Amela, author of fashion event Sarajevo Fashion Week and someone who deals with fashion for 24 years, said she is very happy that she is with Serbia Fashion Week from the very beginning. Her next fashion show will be held in Cannes, and for this opportunity, she will work on silk and expensive materials.

Hall of the Congress Center Master was small for all the visitors who wanted to see the collection of designer Suzana Perić. Fashion show started with the performance of charismatic writer Jelena Bačić Alimpić, and then Suzana revealed her breezy creations in gentle colors. “Presented collection is inspired by the girl who was left in the body of the woman. The goal of my collection „Walking in the clouds“ is to show the strength of every woman, despite the fact that at first glance she looks like a little girl.” After the end of the festival, Suzana Perić and the president of Serbia Fashion Week Svetlana Horvat will travel to Malta, where Suzana will present her new collection.

„The city elegance“ on the runway was showed by the Montenegrin designer Milena Đurđić. For a collection that can be described as a blend of elegant and urban, Milena has found inspiration in a TV series, where she works as a costume designer. Designer’s game with construction and form and experimenting with different materials showed the atmosphere of city life.

Alex Fashion made a true fashion-dance spectacle presenting their creations with excellent choreography. The collection of underwear, pajamas and swimwear refreshes the evening because the audience had the opportunity to see something new, which is produced in Novi Sad. Team members found inspiration in the song from the film „The written of return“, which actually represents a return of fashion and production in Novi Sad. “It means to us that we have an opportunity to show our collection on Serbia Fashion Week. This fashion event is very well attended and this is an opportunity for the whole city to see our work. We just started and we will try this Serbian brand to expand beyond the borders of our country „, said founders of Alex Fashion, a young company that started to work only half a year ago.

Designer from Kazakhstan Aidar Khan presented his collection inspired by everyday life in this particular Asian country. Designer experimented with materials, used natural fabrics such as silk and cotton, but still kept the focus on manual work. The creations were specific for its rich prints which are also hand-painted, and the audience had the opportunity to meet with Kazakhstan’s folklore and enjoy a completely new fashion statement.

In front of the visitors of Serbia Fashion Week are two more days of enjoying in art, free seminars and fashion shows of great designer names such as Mladen Milivojević Baron, Vasilije Kovačev, Marjorie Fernandes from the Netherlands, Eric Roset from America, Dair from the Netherlands, Arrey Kono from Germany and many others.
